Currently as a Consultant for Disaster Risk Reduction and Management in Kaziranga Tiger Reserve under the Wildlife Trust of India With over 3 years of experience in research, my initial project was the Assessment of Impacts from the Baghjan Oil Blowout in Assam, under the guidance of Dr Shalini Dhyani. Thereafter, I worked at the North Eastern Space Applications Centre, where I identified forest gaps, detected opium poppy plantations across Manipur, and analysed land-use change. I used R programming to estimate the concentration of trace gases using satellite data while working at Cotton University.

Currently, I work as a consultant for Disaster Risk Reduction and Management in Kaziranga Tiger Reserve under the Wildlife Trust of India, where we are pioneering the first Disaster Management Plan for a protected area in India.
